Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

ZenoDocs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software and platform. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to our platform. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services to you.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and platform.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
